Dosing Pumps

I was looking at these dosing pumps on Ebay and would like to know if anyone has ever used them. The price looks good compared to some u see on the major sites.

I would just buy the controller on ebay and the pumps somewhere else. The pumps can fail, but a programmer failing seems unlikely.
