What is this, and how do I get rid of it? I have been battling algae in its manyforms due to what I think I narrowed down to a bad piece of base rock. The algae problem has slowed, but it goes on still. Here are some pics of the pesky stuff. I think there is more than one type blooming. I also know I have hydroids so any tips on them would be greatly appreciated as well. enjoy...

BTW, I am using RO water with TDS under 10 always (I know its not perfect).
I have tried sea hares, and manual removal.
I do weekly water changes of 5 gallons, religiously.
Just switched to coral pro salt.
