Hey,
An update from GA, I sent them 8 boxes of coral this week and flew down to help unpack and get wet...

Hey Joe, a new species of flashlight fish or a freakin whaleshark? Holy cow how big is the aquarium? Thanks for the pics, Mike

THEY PAY YOU TO DO THAT?

Jeez, I've been spending a fortune and flying all over the world on vacation to try to dive with a whale shark, and still haven't yet.

Now, I really hate my job.

Hey Joe why don't you bring a box to the next meeting for member distribution?

I usually bring two boxes of frags to each meeting and they auction for very little money, all of which goes to LIRA.

Local paper, cover 1/2 page photo :)

As far as diving with them, GA Aq. does have a program:

Diving with the hammerhead was neat also.

The tank is listed at 6 million gallons total volume, and you know its big when you're diving in it and you can't see any of the four whale sharks in there, currently the largest shark is just over 22 feet. :eek1:

6 million gallons? so my 180 is like evaporation in 60 seconds

That is where the whale sharks are, Ocean Journey.

The reef tank is reported to be 160,000 gallons.
