I think you could get away with some SPS in the tank. The 14K bulb may need to be replaced with something with a higher PAR though.

I have had small one an med size tanks. The small one costs just as much. that why I went to a 125 gall tank.This is the best tank I have own...............Ilove it ......I will keep it for a long time.

Looks around at 4 nanos, sighs, resumes looking for 2nd job.
I never could get the harder SPS to thrive under 70W HQI, the bulb choices are pretty lame. Although the Aqualine AB is one I want to try. Montis and digis do ok. What size tank is that? I gave up and went up to 150W w/ 14K Phoenix on my 12 and 14 gals.
