downgrading light on bta tank

Right now I have bta in a 40g breeder with 2-150w HQI. I'm selling the MH lights and I want to use a 2-65w, 1-10k and 1-actinic, pc light fixture. Will this affect the bta in any negative way?

nm, I moving some lights around and will have pfo 250w light available. I think I'll that with a xm 250w 20k SE bulb.
