About my new snowflake eel--I haven't seen him yet! I do have a lot of rockwork but hoped to see him squiggling around somewhere, especially when I fed today. I named him, Squiggly. I really hope he makes it. I found one of the pep shrimps I bought yesterday, in the mouth of my fungia plate coral. I wonder if it killed the shrimp or if the carcass found it's way into it's mouth? I tried calling the shop at around 7:30 but no one answered.

I told you would not see that eel. As for the peppermint did you get it at downtown pets? the one i got there is still going strong even after going carpet surfing when i first got him, due to my clumsiness

Make sure your tank is completely covered. My snow flake eel escaped through a tiny opening and died.

PP- Snowflakes and most eels are shy when they are young. Keep looking around...they can get into the strangest places and positions. As Jose said, you probably wont see him for a while.
