Dragon eye favia question

Is this normal? I just got this coral almost a month ago. I have read that it has sweeper tentacles (which I haven't noticed) so I'm assuming this is not it's "mouth" so to say open.

I have seen it do this twice with the same particular head and then it closes back up and has the same bright color. What is it doing?

Did you feed the aquarium recently? Color looks ok, just some closing around the mouth. Could also be getting blasted by too much light. Ive kept mine under an overhang where it was getting more reflective light. However this may be a post more suited for the LPS forum.

Thank you GriffinMarsh! I had fed it the night before this photo was taken. I also was unaware that they didn't like so much light. :-/ I am still fairly new to this. I posted as well in LPS. Thanks for your help!

Mine closes up like that after I feed it. Usually goes back to normal after a few hours. It also reacts similarly when there is to much flow for its liking. They do have sweepers which I found out the hard way!
