Drilling an AGA 65 gallon?

Hey folks, my son Nathan (for those of you who have been on this forum for a long time) got a great deal on an AGA 65 gallon. He wants to drill it but is not sure if the back glass is tempered. Anyone know for sure about that?

if you do a google search it tells lots a different ways to tell if it is tempered or not. Not sure which method would be easiest to do.

Most tanks only have tempered on the bottom, but I bring them to a glass place and have them drill them. A simple mistake can crack the glass. Usually about $20-30per hole.
