I'm with you. All this water confusion has got me beat.

Down with water! Beer is for humans, water's for the fish.

<<< DO NOT drink RO/DI water. It will leach minerals out of your body. >>>

Yes......and then you eat one potato chip and they are replenished 100 fold.

I like the skipping water and going for the beer!!!
But if one wants to drink water why couldnt he/she just drink the wast water from the purifyer? have it go to a seperate holding tank for drinking. we all know theres plenty of wast water going down the drain, we mayaswell drink some of it.

There are lots of things a sediment filter and a carbon filter will not remove not to mention its is now 20 to 25% higher in TDS than the tap water was. About all the carbon will adsorb is chlorine, SOCs and VOCs.

Read the water bottle lable at the office Monday morn....Reverse Osmosis....I drink it ,cook with it, even give it to my dog in his bowl,we all seem to be doing fine....Oh including the fish..........

Ro water is fine, DI water is unproven. Till someone shows me a long term study on a group of people I prefer not to be one of the people who's jaw drops in the future when he turns on CNN and hears about how bad it is.
So many things have been declared safe and then 20-30 years later you hear it causes health issue's.
