I'm getting ready to treat a multibar angel that is in my QT. It's been through two treatments of NFG powder, but this doesn't seem to be helping wtih a bacterial infection.
My next step is to treat with Maracyn 2, do I need to totally remove the NFG from the water with carbon, or should a large water change be sufficient?
It's getting the large water change either way, I just wanted to be sure that there wouldn't be any negative interaction if I didn't run carbon for a day or two to remove any trace amounts of the NFG.
Thoughts are much appreciated.
