I have about 50 lbs of dry rock.. I plan on starting a 10 gallon reef.... I will use mostly this dry rock seeded with some live rock... I will use all established water... Is there anything I need to know about using dry rock.... Can I just rinse it real good and put it in??

You'll have to give it time to cycle most likely. If it was once live there still might be trapped organics. Just add it in, seed it, and give it time to cure before you add any livestock.
