DSA is out of business.

Saddened to hear this news. To anyone who is thinking of purchasing one of these tanks just remember they now come with no warranty. I really like my DSA tank but after owning a few and seeing a bunch of there there were allot of inconsistencies.
 
I got one brand new, didn't even set it up yet and now you telling me it's out of warranty.
I just went on their website, there isn't anything poster about that. Is there a post somewhere about this? How did you find out?
 
There have been a few threads on the main pages with these same statements; so far no one has been able to provide anything concrete.

I have heard this several places, but never anything confirming it...
 
And the Hagen connection doesn't seem to be a buy out but rather just a distribution deal.

I just emailed them. Figured why not ask. I will post back here with their reply.
 
Yes, I noticed the date but it was the only information I could find in my search that connected Hagen and sales. The law suit could be about many different things, there doesn't seem to be any information on its content out there. It's a mystery.
