I have a rather large ducan colony with many heads and I had and issue with some fish that died when I was out of town and was not able to remove them until I returned. Approx 3 days later. My ducan is bleached I know this but he has brown spots all over. Are these markings the coloring returning to the coral or something else. it is exhibiting normal behavior otheriwse. Eating and opens up. Please helppppp....

I also was having issues with salinity stabilization but have since corrected that..

I'm concerned with the spots mostly.
Parameters are as follows.
* Sg 1.025
* ph 7.8
* temp 82
* mg 1600
* Ca 625
* nit 1ppm
* Phos 0ppm
* dkh 8.4
I'm running 6 t5's
1 pink
2 22k actinic
3 12k blue white

The coral is midway in the tank.

I also have a neon green leather that is not doing so hot. What am I doing wrong. Please advise...

As mentioned my salinity/SG
Was fluctuating related to a malfuction in my filtration system. It's been 5 days of stable 1.025

Look like this...

Ca is a little high
Mg is also a little high
Are you supplementing?
Do you run activated carbon?
