Duncan, Anemone probems

I have a very large Duncan, probably 50 or so heads, that I've had for over 3 years. 3 weeks ago it closed up and hasn't opened since. It has at least doubled in size in the time I've had it and never stayed closed before. All my sps corals are growing very well; some monties have grown an inch since December. Several frags I cut in December have doubled in size and plated down over the rock. I have read several other people say similar things have happened to theirs but until it reopens I am still concerned.

Other things of note:
Anemones don't do well in my tank. They seem to shrink to small blobs over a few months.

I do have some brown diatom algae as well as some red cyanobacteria. Neither in any real significant amounts.

SPS grow very well. Mushrooms do "ok". Some LPS do well and others do not.

About my system:

180g mixed reef
55g sump
1 vertex led strip blue/white
1 vertex led strip blue/royal blue
vertex IN-180 skimmer
Bio-pellet reactor

Moderate flow throughout tank

Moderately stocked with fish, Heavy on corals.

Most recent test results:

Calcium 420 Slightly (lower than normal, usually 460 or so)
Dkh 8 (also slightly lower than usual, usually 10-12)
Nitrate 0
Phosphate trace > 0.25ppm (didn't quite match the lowest colour on the chart but not at the next one either)
Ph 8.0 (has been stable around there since it was set up)

Feedings are mostly pellets for the fish (sparingly a few times a day)
powered plankton for corals every so often (less than once a week)
as well as some home made seafood mix (again less than once a week)

Any ideas?? I'm at a loss. Something isn't quite right.
