Duncan being attacked

I have a 10+ head Duncan, really really healthy, growing like crazy. About 2 months ago I added a matted filefish.
Have never seen the filefish pic at any of my aiptasia infestation, but today I saw him pic at the duncan.

Can it cause any damage ? Should I take any precautions ?

Thanks

I must say that my Rabbit Fish is quite aggressive to my duncan but never the less it started at heads and now it has over 50 and i have taken so many frags from it. What i would say though is keep the filefish full at all times and see if that helps. Also, was there aiptasia on the duncan cause that would also make sense.

Yes it can cause damage. I just added an elegance coral to my tank that was a pretty awesome size and my foxface destroyed it in two days. I keep it well fed.

I would watch closely. If it comes to the point where the coral stops extending itself its time to remove one or the other.

Understood ! Will start to look at them a little bit more !!
Although I checked and I do not have any aiptasia on the Duncan !
