Duncan coral not coming out.

I have a three head duncan coral frag from dr foster and smith. When I first got the frag it came out a couple hours later for about 2 days. Now it will not come for nothing any ideas on why? All water levels are good I have a 76gal half circle 2 150 14k hqi two hydor 3 power heads,coral is near the bottom of tank.

Is it getting drilled with flow? What kind of lighting was it under before you put it under your MH's. How long has it been closed.

They're cool with flow but it has to be indirect and gentle to moderate.

is temp ok? I ask because my duncan behavior (similar to yours) was the thing that tipped me off that it was WICKED hot in my tank. Everything else seemed to flourish but the tank was 83-85d for about 3 days before I noticed.

It was under 200w 20k MH.The temp is 78-80.It wants too come out but it just dosent.But I seen my yellow eye kole tang nip at it when it was out a little yesterday. But that cant be right,fish is reef safe right?

Heres mine in the bottom of the tank getting moderate flow. Fed 1 time a week.
