Duncan question

I have now had my Duncan for a little over a month now. I got it from Discount and it has 2 heads. It is currently eating Mysis 2-3 times a week and when not feeding Mysis gets a dose of marinesnow/coralfrenzy/phyto. At what point does it begin to grow more heads? The base is now larger than the plug and it appears healthy and is almost always opened up wide.

continue with regular feedings and it will eventually start growing new heads, I have had mine for 1-2 months now and I feed all the time, it just popped out two baby heads on the back side recently.

I bought my Duncan in Nov 2013.

I don't spot feed at all. Just brine, mysis and blood worms for the fish.

Here is my Duncan on 11-18-2013:

In your first pic I can see where the baby head sprouts, now I know what to look for. Love the growth difference between the two pics, very nice.

1 head frag that is a year old now it has 6 heads. And I haven't been vigilant about target feeding. It tends to partially or fully close up for days before sprouting new heads.

Here is mine the day I brought it home (sometime in early March)

Here it is today (I just took this pic, not the greatest but you get the idea):

It has grown about 8-10 new heads in that time frame and is my favorite coral I have in my tank.

I occasionally spot feed Mysis, maybe 1-2 times per week.
