I purchased an ORA Duncan or Whisker Coral about 2 weeks ago and placed it on a nice ledge in my tank. All 6 heads immediately opened up and did great for about a week and a half. For the last 4 days it will not open while my lights are on and only opens slightly while my moonlights are on. Nothing has changed water quality wise and all of my other corals are still doing great, any ideas as to what might be the problem. They still look healthy no tissue problems it just will not open. My first thought was that my clowns may be the cause but I personally have not seen them mess with it.
It is about 22 inches from the water surface and I run 250 watt double ended Halides with T-5 actinic supplementation. It is an Outer Orbit Fixture.
