dusty water

i've cut my lighting down to get rid of some minor green hair algae. but every afternoon the water look dusty. then clear in the evenings. whats causing this?

bacteria bloom.... i just had the same problem. from what i understand it is one of those new tank syndromes. do a water change and it should clear right up

try'd that no good. it stays dusty unless i put some 'clarity' in.
i want rid of it!
