Ok ladies and gentleman we've decided to have another frag swap. However its not the typical frag swap its a real frag swap and what i mean is you bring a frag take a frag and it will all be random. So lets go over the fine details.
DVRC spring bring a frag take a frag
The location.
Hilton garden inn Exton
720 Eagleview Blvd
Exton, PA, 19341
The event date and time.
May 17th.
This event will take place from 11am till 3pm.
Trading details
There will be a 4 frag limit, one ticket per frag. Any additional frags over 4 will be accepted as donations to benefit CAS.
Please pack your frags in enough water for a pint size takeout soup container.
Once we receive your frag you will get a ticket to redeem.
There will be a random drawing and pick of the available frags. One ticket is good for one frag.
If you don't have any frags that's perfectly fine tickets for donated frags will be available in limited quantities, while supplies last, for ten dollars per ticket.
We will be providing containers. Hotel policy no open containers.
The hotel is providing seating and tables.
If you don't want to participate that's also fine come hang out with good friends.
Planned trading among friends is also fine post your available frags in the buy and sell. But try to participate if you can.
There will be time after the drawings to swap frags amongst each other.
Food
We will be providing pizza and drinks.
Education
The educational topic for this event will be proper coral dipping. Seems like good timing on that one.
Admission.
FREE!
This is a Paid Members Only event with discount registration at the door for $15 per individual membership (Family membership at the regular rate)
All Membership dues paid at the swap will be donated to the Texas State Aquarium to restock their saltwater exibit that crashed.

Vendors and raffles.
While this is a member focused event a couple of our generous vendors will casually take part and may offer some pieces. At this point there will be some coral dip up for raffle, possibly more.
Volunteers
We will need some help setting up and breaking down if you can help please mention that below. Setup will take place at 10am.
