got it...hybrid...
No idea if the fish is still there. It had just arrived when I was there and was not for sale. They posted it in my local forum with other fish with prices but never listed that one. I may have to shoot them a PM and see what it is going for. It is a very tempting fish.
The fish is still there but was already sold to some nut in Virginia...

Agree, I have seen juvenile C. nahackyi and they don't look like that, and as Copps says, their range is way too far away. Whoever ends up with this fish let me know, I want tissue samples! That is the only way to confirm.
Very cool!
Do you drive up and get the fish yourself or trust them to send it?
You motor-boating son of a @#$%^!
Really glad to see you got it. I know your a busy man, but we'll definitely need updates on this little girl. The fish is still there but was already sold to some nut in Virginia...
Nice pickup, John! What is your plans for it? Keep it single or pair it up with something?![]()
Copps, Really envy you guys, can get these rare hybrids... Hope can see more of the fish when it arrives at your place...

Shoot, I think she'd fit in with your False Shepard's real well.
John,
Could it be an unrecognized Multi-color morph?

Time for car key pictures !
Did I call that one or what?![]()

Nice pickup copps, as someone who saw it in person, you are getting an amazing fish.

I think it will look good with the potter/flame hybrid
No worries Luiz, while I'll probably have to pound a couple of shots beforehand, I should be able to get you a sample... although this guy is tiny... what a fish huh? Are you aware of any records of multicolor north or west of Palau? I finally got a hold of Rich and he isn't... I knew the minute I saw this fish it was probably the daughter of a waif multicolor that spawned into the ferrugata population in PI... which is the hip thing to do apparently when you're a rare Centropyge species near Cebu...
