dwarf angel in my 20?

Rod's onyx clowns are some of the best onyx clowns out there (assuming you want the black coloration between the stripes) Right now, he's the only breeder of onyx clowns. Most clowns you see at LFS's are wild caught.

I've got a mated pair of ocellaris (on their 4th batch) hosting in my rbta. Definitely fun to watch interact with each other and with the anenome!!!

My orchid dotty is also fantastic. Beautiful neon purple and less aggressive than other dotty's.

So it sounds like if you keep the angel well fed, then there will be a slim to no chance it will nip at my corals?

If they do nip, how damaging is it to the coral?

and i don't know if we got an affermative action/opinion of an angel & clown in the same tank with the blenny & wrasse...

That's not necessarily true - if your fish has a taste for corals it can munch them to death no matter how much you feed it. Others just like the coral slime. Sometimes they will just think they are finding a tasty morsel like a clam bump. Or some just like an occasional nip, not a problem in a large tank packed with corals. Some are going after necrotic tissue on the coral.
Or it can be fish food that's dropped on a coral.

Different species have different general tendencies. Tendencies as to which corals, if any it will eat. Generally the argi complex are safe. But you won't know for sure until you meet your individual fish.

Thats true.....well after all of this talk i'm pretty sure that an angel is outta the question.

I like the idea of a clown/shrimp goby OR clown/pseudochromis combination.....would a bicolor pseudochromis or Fridmani pseudochromis be a good idea?

clown/shrimp goby is fine.

Bicolor's are very aggressive fish. He may bully your clowns around, unless you have a mated pair or a maroon. Fridmani's (orchid dotty) are more docile. I believe there's 1 other pseudochromis that is also docile like the orchid.

The safest choice for getting along peaceully is the clown, shrimp goby, blenny, wrasse. Each fish has a different niche.
Niches:
Clown - whatever it chooses to host it, or water column
Goby - hovering near it's burrow on the tank bottom, Blenny - perching on the rocks and hidey holes
wrasse constant grazer looking for tiny inverts, will need a hidey to sleep in
Skunk cleaner - gets along with everybody

Pseudochromis, a potential problem - loves hidey holes similar to blenny , eating habit similar to wrasse, a threat to the the goby's shrimp

I'm not sure which fish you are refering to as a "bicolor" -- if you mean bicolor blenny - they're will none of that! lol :D It will not go exist with your tail spot. I imagine you already know that - so I'm confused.

Has anyone addressed bioload?

One more bit of info on the clowns - percs sometimes have an annoying habit of hanging around up at the top of the water when they don't have an anemone. Oscellaris are supposed to be less likely to do this. (Personanly I prefer them with an anemone....) Percs may stay slightly smaller than oscellaris, fwiw. And someone mentioned maroons...that's not an option for your tank :D
