what would be a better choice a flame angel or an african flameback angel for a tank with lps's , leathers, and a few polyps's?

I have both. The flame is in my 75g and the flameback is in my 40g. Both are model citizens for me. In general though I'd say the flameback is a better bet. There's a first rate LFS in our area that keeps them in most of his coral tanks with no problems.
