Dwarf Angelfish bloated

I have had this yellowtail angelfish for 2 weeks now. The first weeks it was doing fine. But then it started getting really fat. The stomach was getting really big and now it's swimming less. It is also getting a little paler. ANyone know what kind of disease this is?

Looks like dropsy sorry to say does not look good for the little guy not much you can do at this point.

Did a little research on dropsy, I think it is. Symptoms matches my current fish. Wonder how it got it since it was fine for a week. Anyway to treat it?

Antibiotics will sometimes helps(penicillin based), could be a internal organ problem that caused it and some believe poor water conditions also can contribute, I have never personal brought fish back from this condition fresh nor salt

Do any of you know if this fish is far beyond from recovering?

Current conditons:

bloated stomach
fins popping out
white poop
rapid breathing
not eating

I might euthanize it to decrease the fish's pain.
