Dwarf angels flaring up

Hi reefers,

Anyone experienced the above from any of your dwarf angels or angels? My current paired of Flame and Multicolour always flares up when my T5 turns down to blue which is about 9pm.

Could it be mating ritual?

Giving that they are known to spawn at dusk, yes.

Are the pairs mated pairs or just in the same tank? Mated pairs are just spawning or getting ready to, while the other option would be that they're fighting for a rock pile to sleep in or they might just be stunned. Hope this helped.

reppo13: Yes they are in the same tank, possible mated pair as each do swim out into the open and do the flaring, attracting the other species to come out.

Must be a stroke of luck as the earlier angels were introduced much later with the current flame and multicolour.
