Dwarf lion with cloudy eye

Hey everyone. So here's the problem. My dwarf lion which I've had for about 3 months is starting to develop clouded eyes. The fish seems to be acting his baseline and remains eating.

As far as water chemistry I have been battling high nitrates this past month. Nitrates went as high as 180! I have now gotten nitrates down to 0 using a biopellet reactor and numerous water changes along with really flushing all detretius from my sump and behind my rocks ect.

So currently my fish look like they've been through the mill after the high nitrates. My powder brown is loaded with ich. My other two tangs seemed to rebound well. My clowns and anthias look well. But now the eye is clouded on my lion.

I have read about melafix for bacterial infections which I would anticipate the is, but will it be bad to use it on my display tank? I don't really wanna run anything that's going to make my skimmer go crazy because I just got these nitrates to go down... don't think my tank could handle another spike.
Thanks guy!
