if i put them in a tank that dont have any light will it be ok or its better with a light??

They need enough light to find the food.

A cheap clip on light will do for them. Just a normal output flourscent light. If you have ever been to melev's site he has a great bulb recommendation that I use and grows macro algae very well and is a nice crisp white color.

What's wrong with this site for info on dwarfs? What do you want to know?
