Dwarf seahorses

If I were to keep a tank with dwarf seahorses do need to feed enriched baby brine shrimp. If I get decaplulated eggs won't the brine shrimp be more nutrition and that will be enough?

Also can I keep flame prawn goby with then and feed the same food?

Maybe a catalina goby instead and keep the tank at 70 degtees
