Save money, better performance, personal pride since this is something we built vice buy it off the shell. My two H&S pumps produced 1800-1900 lpm. does it work as well as the real thing that is depend on how you look at it. As for me, i am very happy with the way it turned out and the performance.

you took pride in someone else's diy? That's a new one. Pride comes when you do it yourself not getting someone else to build it for you. There is no pride in that. That is the same thing as ordering on line. Anyone can do that.

If anything, Loc is the only one that should have pride, the man built it himself.

Another thing, talk about being childish and disrespectful, building your own skimmer and claiming it to be BK or BK looklike is disprespectful to the all the hard working engineers that designed the it. Isn't that a little childish to associate a diy with a designer skimmer?

dude, i am just messing with you. you have a great diy skimmer, alot better than mine. If I have money, I would have done the same as you.
