Dying BTA?

I have a new anemone for a few days that was doing and looking great. I got a very large yellow stripe maroon clown that took to it immediately. I also had a small clown as well in his own small BTA. I woke up this morning and the nem that the larger fish was in looks very small, with his tentacles real skinny and it look like the middle of him where the mouth is is kinda pushed out. If I can get a picture after when the lights come on I will post it. The nem is still attached to the rock. I know when the nems die they are not good for water quality. Do I wait and see or get him out now?

The larger maroon now took over the smaller maroon's nem. This new is even smaller than the other nem. I'm wondering if I should find a large nem or get rid of the big fish. Any opinions would be appreciated.

This is the link to my original thread with my nem/clown story.

your clowns probobly loved it too much wait and see if it starts to melt away mine did this a few times when it first got in the tank

Does it look like it is dying? The larger fish is now trying to make my big beautiful green star polyps into a home. Will this get damaged?

Looks fine to me, nems will contract very small, some daily, some once every few days. This is used after digesting food to expel the waste. the last picture looks like he is on his way to full size again. Cycle takes any where from 4 to 8 hours.

I would not worry to much at this point, color looks good and mouth looks ok. Are you feeding a couple times a weeK such as silversides and mysis?

I think you are right. Here are 4 more images I just took. He looks good as new. I got him on Friday and fed him once so far. I fed him 1/2 of a silverside dipped in Selcon. How often should i feed him?

Also can my clown hurt him/ He is not too much bigger than my clown. The clown is about 4-5" and about 5/8" thick. Please click the links below.

Wow, cool shots, never seen the barbs so well before.
I would think the nem should hold up ok to the clown. The clown wants a happy healty nem anways so it should be fine. I target feed my nems 3 times a week, twice with mysis soaked in selcon and once each week the get a big juicy silverside cut up into smaller pieces.
