As long as there is fleshy, which there is plenty, yes.

How long have you had it?
Anyone picking on it?
What lights?
Specific water parameters for alk, Ca, salinity

Candy Canes need fairly intense lighting and really good flow, Freewilly.
T5s or VHOs provide the best light for them.
Feed them with mysis or PhytoFeast regularly also (2-3 times a week). Turn off powerheads while feeding and leave them off for 20 minutes.

here's how my candy cane colony has progressed in 18 months...and it was constantly being flipped by a red coris wrasse for many months until i got it off the sand. give it good light and good flow. turkey baster with some reef roids periodically doesn't hurt either. good luck
