Can someone please help me as I have no clue what has happens to my bubble tip anemone. It has been in my tank for 1 week and all my parameters are fine

Sorry, I would hold off for awhile till you get another one. Maybe something in your system just needs to clear out or get leveled out. I lost two when I first started keeping them and waiting a few months really helped to get over them and gave me enough time to be 100% positive I was doing everything I could to keep them alive.
