Hi everyone,
I have a big problem with blacktips shark. It had injured an eye and stopped eating. Is there any way to fix the problem ? The water parameters are: salinity 1.024, nitrates 50, phosphates 0.5, calcium 380. Tank volume is 15000 liters. Shark age is about 6 years.
Thank you in advance,
Andrei.

I know next to nothing about sharks in captivity. I've caught several blacktips (100-150 lb range) and can't imagine one of these pelagic sharks in just a 4000 gal tank; or in captivity at all. I think you need a vet, not advice from hobbyists.

so... you got a 4000 gallon system roughly and your asking for help from people whos avg system is 100 gallon? Besides its a shark, why would you even keep it? Wait how can you have one of those at your house? If its a company you might wanna call a vet.
