Early internal gas bubble disease

Are there any local CT. exotic pet vets that won't break the bank?($$hundreds$$)- house calls? I'm at a loss as I don't know any other
way to get my hands on enrofloxacin.

I belong to a few Seahorse fb groups, though I'm not a constant daily poster. I have my own health issues lately. I do see folks(ya I'm old ha! 58-feel like 90 today )share and/or send meds.to help a friend out. Somehow I don't see that happening for me. Feeling sad for my year old, 7 in.erectus male named, Eb.

Diamox may help him too and Luckily that is coming my way from a friend's doc husband's rx. on Tues.(God Thank You for that!!)

And thanks in advance for ANY advice!!

First thing I'd do would be to do an extreme tank cleanup and MAJOR water change. Sometimes you can fix this problem just by improving the water condition that has likely caused it. It is not an immediate fix but it is something you can do immediately.
Does the seahorse have buoyancy problems? Sometimes IGBD is confused with fluid retention from kidney failure but that usually makes the seahorse go to the bottom of the tank.
I've not seen any recommendations to use enrofloxacin for IGBD.
Maybe Dan will chime in here as all I can say as far as meds go is to use the Diamox recommended by the "Working Notes" for seahorse diseases.
