Early Stage of my Yuma Splitting?

Could you Ric experts look at these photos and let me know what you think? I wish I could get closer shots for you, and I will try, but this is the best so far..
When I got home from work, I, as always, went to check out my tank even before taking my shoes off... My yuma was deflated about halfway, and it looked to me like there were two distinct mouths. Now that he's re-inflated, it still looks like maybe he's starting to transform into a two mouthed beast, but I'm not sure.

Thanks in advance!

Effin A! That's awesome. I just fed him, as well as my orange floridas some brine shrimp to encourage growth, and they all love it. I got this yuma from the swap in Cleveland for only $5... I'd say it was a good deal!

Does anyone have any pics of what I can be expecting this rest of the split to look like, and how long it could possibly take?

With yumas it can take months for them to split like that, that is not the normal mode of reproduction in the species although it does happen obviously....Very cool....

With Yumas the normal process is petal laceration. They move a tiny bit and leave a piece of the foot behind. Ricordea Florida usually split like that as their mode of normal reproduction.
