I am adding a new fish to my display. A Hoeven's Wrasse. I have an Earmuff Wrasse Currently .
Halichoeres Melasmapomus- Earmuff with Halichoeres melanurus Hoeven's

I have a 93 gallon cube tank with an Earmuff Wrasse 3-4 inch long. The Earmuff has been in the tank for 8-9 months. I am getting a male Hoeven's Wrasse, he is about 4 inches.
Will The Earmuff get along with the Hoevens?
What issues could I expect and what solutions to ease possible aggression?

info:
I have barebottom tank but I have 2 wrasse dens in the tank. The Earmuff and a small Redtail use dens.
When introducing new Hoeven's I would place a plastic dish with sand for new Hoeven's to find sand easily.
I do have an acclimation box but I think it may just stress out the Hoeven's to be out in the open with no where to go.
I thought to place dish of sand in aclimation box. Will the Elite Aquatics box stay attached on glass with extra weight if I place dish of sand in box?

also thought of using a mirror to spread aggression if there is aggression.

any help with your experience would be appreciated

Thanks

Everything I've read about H melasmopomas says they're very laid back. I suspect it will be fine. I would definitely use an acclimation box and would highly recommend adding some sand permanently.

I have an Ear Muff now and plan to add a Vrolik's which is very similar to the melanurus.
