there is no tellin....right now i think the problem is inconsistencies of knowing when and trying to work it to fit everyones schedule...i like a permenant (first middle or end makes none to me ) weekend of every other month place can vary but at least if it is the "third" weekend of everyother month people know when it is and will only have to worry about where and time...also there needs to be a panel of say 3-5 people that make those decisions to give some structure and leadership
