Easiest Saltwater Fish to breed

If you can't do guppies, salt water fish might not be your thing. Easiest is most likely clownfish.

Those were the two I have been debating with. I haven't seen my clowns lay eggs in my 55 gal, but it is heavily stocked. I think I'm going to go with bangai cardinals!

Your best bet is to setup a seperate tank if you want either cardinals or clowns to breed, they need to have stable water and to feel safe.

Read up on banggais, they're not as easy as you think. I agree that they're mouth brooders and the babies can eat larger prey items, but other than they, it sounds like raising a decent sized clutch is not easy.

No. There really isn't a way around feeding Dwarf Seahorses live foods. People have tried, but unfortunately it doesn't work.
