Easiest way to hatch & enrich brine shrimp for dwarf seahorses?

Curious about the least time consuming manner to hatch and enrich brine shrimp for a small (5 gallon or less) dwarf seahorse tank?

Details of hatchers, timing, etc would be great!

How much time a day do you spend on this?
