EB8 stopped responding??

Not sure whats going on here...
I have an Apex Jr and EB8 and thins have been working good for about a year. Now I am getting no response from some of the outlets on the EB8. These outlets either stay on or stay off.

For example, I just shut off my return pump manually "off" and it turned off. I just tried to restart it and no dice, nothing.

Another example is that my sump light is on a timed cycle. I manually turned it on and it now stays on!

The only thing that I can think of is that when I flashed my unit with the new firmware, something screwed up or my EB8 is malfunctioning??

Any tips?

Now the pump just came on, but the issue still is occurring with the sump light.
When I switch it to outlet 5, it is controllable- off and on, but when I put it back to outlet 7 it stays on , regardless of the setting?

I just tried my return pump in outlet 7 and it stays on regardless of the on/off setting. I think it is malfunctioning?
What is the warranty on the EB8?

Did u update the firmware for the EB8 also? Not sure if that is relevant but there's a setting in there to update it.

No, I did not update the EB8. I did not realize that it had to be updated too.

How would I do this?

Maybe I will reboot, if the EB8 update is unsuccessful? Thanks.
