Ebay Par38 bulb

Do you think this bulb will be strong enough for a 12 gallon cadlights aquarium. I plan to only keep mushroom, ricordea, yumas, green polyped toadstool and maybe an acan or 2 in the tank

This does look pretty sweet. I wonder if you could use this in a standard metal clip on reflector, like most of use for refugium lights? Anyone know what the PAR readings are? If so, it'd be nice to use this instead of a CFL lamp. I've been thinking of keeping frags in my fuge, maybe acclimating there for a day or so. This would be a nice light for such purposes.
