This guy says he owns Northshoreaquatics, Exotic Aquatics, FatReef, and FragRanch - only one I have heard of is Exotic Aquatics... I recently won a auction from him on ebay for a SPS frag for $0.01 + 16$ shipping and handling, total of $16.01 First he tries talking me out of the buy, that if I leave him positive feedback, he will leave me positive feedback and we can go our own ways, all because I asked him if he would accept paypal instead of Money Orders. When I told him I couldn't send a money order til monday as I have had a busy schedule with work, etc. He starts threatning me that if I don't send him the $16.01 and he doesn't have it by 2pm Tuesday (not going to happen its a holiday and USPS wont be delivering then (yes he is a moron)) That he will have my ebay account banned and leave me negative feedback. I told him to go ahead and do so as I no longer want to deal with him because he kept on with his threats. You should see these emails, he is cursing me out, calling me every name in the book, saying I will be his 5th account banned on ebay, that he likes to do this and if I were to say anything on here he would sue me for slander (This idiot doesn't know about the freedom of speech act and that this is a public forum for personal opinions).

I basically want to know if he really does own, Northshoreaquatics, Exotic Aquatics, FatReef, and FragRanch, and if people have dealt with this psycho before? I don't want to hurt any company names because of this guy, so I want to make sure whether or not he is the real owner, I would appreciate some feedback...

Also, he says he will get "Salty" (moderator here on ReefCentral), to ban me and "save all my slander" so I can be prosecuted in court. That Salty will ban me from reefcentral and give him info.

With out seeing the full conversation and only hearing your side. I would say it sounds like hes a 16 year old kid and is just trying to throwing enough garbage at you to scare you. Have no fear and sleep well.
 
He lives in colorado, its not any LFS's its online dealers... I am not worried at all about this guy, he is a psycho!
 
wow what a jerk. i was going to bid on that same auction you got, but i guess i was smart not to. i doubt he owns any local fish stores oronline stores. besides how can he sue you for slander when he is the one causing all te problems. it is a freaking free country (for now at least) and he has no right to demand a money order or threaten to sue you. tell him to f off and dont bid on his stuff again. and i doubt salty would ban you, you havent done anythign wrong. this guy is a loony toon. i'd love to see him to sue me for slander, if that happened i'd file a counter suit for false accusations and make him pay up lol.
 
Yeah, I've been having problems now that I'm selling the 2 tanks. 1 is from a guy named addicted. He claims he started a screenname just to buy my tank and correspond with me. Through pm's and phone calls, we set a date and time he could come by. He even called to let me know he'd be a half hour late. Never showed up. Left him a pm with, "are you still interested?" and no response. That's the fourth time last week I got stood up. Thank you to the rest of you that came and bought, and thanks even to those of you who came and didn't. I simply love showing off my tanks.

I was a manager for HSS Rentals... Then it became HSS RentX, for about 6 years I managed for them. Then Sunbelt bought us out, and I stepped back (same money, better hours, less responsibility.) I recently re-evaluated my stress level, and my general intolerance for BS, and went back to my original profession, a mechanic. I'm completely happy now... Losing a little weight, working with my hands, feelings of accomplishment. Shoulda did that 5 years ago! I'm now in the Sunbelt on Powerline Rd north of Commercial Blvd.
 
Wouldn't let that stop me from leaving it. He deserves it, you don't. Time will tell his tale and you should leave him neg if he deserves it.
