It's definitely not Acropora tortuosa. Hard to say exactly at that size but it looks closer to A. echinata, not to be confused with Ice Fire Echinata. As for care, strong light, strong water flow, stable parameters, and slightly cooler water-75* should keep A. echinata happy.
