eco smart live app issues

I cant seem to get the ecosmart live app to recognize my radion xr30w. Actually i haven't had luck getting anything to recognize it. I thought it was because my laptop is a piece of crap, but i downloaded the android app and thats not working either. Any help would be great.

I would just call support in the morning.

Did you plug your light into your laptop via the usb and run the connection manager?

Are you running a reeflink?

Do you have a ReefLink and is the LED ring blue? If so, please call in today and further troubleshoot the issue.
