Economical Glue for Reef Building

What is clear economical glue for reef building?


It will be used to glue LR to PVC, LR to LR and etc.? There has to be something.

I am looking to use PVC cement, but what about those $4 for 12oz cilicone sealers used for windows?

AquaMend epoxy from Home Depot.

Possibly Super Glue GEL. Alot of people use it to glue frags to their rocks. (just not sure if it deteriorates overtime)
