Ecosmart Back mode?

In EcoSmart Live vortech control there is a mode in there called EcoSmart Back. Anyone know what this mode does?

EcoSmart Back mode is designed to work with both of our EcoSmart modes, (NTM & TSM) while using 2 or more VorTechs in a master and slave relationship. Typically, the master would be positioned on one of the side panels of the aquarium while the slave(s) are placed on the back wall.

Thanks Alex, that makes sense. I'll program the pumps on the back wall of my tank and see how it goes? Thanks for your reply.

I have a 120 (4x2x2) mainly SPS DT. I have three vortech mp40s, one on each side and one on the back. I am trying to program them using the reeflink ecosmart live interfact. I have the left pump set to my master and have the following schedule:

Left pump:
Constant 30% 11pm to 5am
ramp up to 100% 45 min
Lagoon at 100% 545am for 3:16 hours
Reefcrest at 100% 902am for 6:06 hours
NTM at 100% 308pm for 2:52 hours
Lagoon at 100% 6pm for 5 hours

Right pump:
anti-sync to left pump 100%

Back pump:
ecosmart back at 100%

What does the ecosmart back do when my master is in lagoon and reefcrest? Is it only active in NTM? If it is only active in NTM what should I set it to for the lagoon and reefcrest modes?

Also, it does not appear that the adjust end time works as I do not get a slider when I hover over the endline of a programed mode. Am I doing something wrong?
