Ecosmart Live/Radion Problem

I had a brief power outage a few days ago. I reinstalled the reeflink and its says connected and the blue LED is on. All three of my Radions show "offline". If I go into devices and choose "add device through USB", the box is grayed out and won't allow me to. If I choose "add device wirelessly", it just hangs on the screen and essentially does nothing. If I go to add a new aquarium, again it just hangs and does nothing. Any tips or advice?

Please follow the steps below resolve the issue:

1. Power down the ReefLink for 30 seconds
2. Unplug all EcoTech Marine Radions and VorTechs for 30 seconds
3. Sign into EcoSmart Live using either Google Chrome or Safari as your web browser
4. Select the “Devices” tab at the top of the screen
5. Select “Refresh Devices”
6. After the device icons turn blue, you are now connected.

So it ended up being a third party anti virus program blocking it. All fixed now.
