just hooked up my new radion, first timer.... and new to the ecosmart live... apparently my radion needs an update but it keeps initializing or loading for minutes and minutes....

is ecosmart live down?

Ecosmart live is absolutely horrible. That is the reason I sent mine back and ordered AI Vega's.

So anyway, exit your browser and your connection manager. Login your browser first and you will see that is says "disconnected". Then start your connection manager as you are logged into the browser, VIOLA. It will work.

Oh, make sure your USB cable is connected when you do the first step.
