Ecotech Customer Service

First time user of their products. Had an issue with a Radion PRO (G2) one week into ownership. Disappointed to say the least.

That disappointment was erased 100 times over by Ecotech's response to resolve it.

Have read numerous times that their product support / customer service is above all.
Count me in as one who have experienced it first hand.

I spent the better part of today on the phone with customer service (Alex). I can't say enough good things about the time and effort he spent solving my issues, most self inflicted! Not only would I recommend EcoTech, that made my future purchases with them a guarantee! !
