First time user of their products. Had an issue with a Radion PRO (G2) one week into ownership. Disappointed to say the least.
That disappointment was erased 100 times over by Ecotech's response to resolve it.
Have read numerous times that their product support / customer service is above all.
Count me in as one who have experienced it first hand.
