So, I bought a bottle of this becasue I ran out of IC Gel, I bought some Dollar store brand to have just in case I run out again. I waited until the bottle of Ecotech glue to come in to start gluing some pieces back to my rock in my main display. I started to glue 4 piece of coral I had which were small colonies of SPS. The glue held for about 3 to 4 days then tumbled over then I thought well maybe my flow is to strong.
Followed the direction they give you on the bottle turn off all of my pumps and allow to dry for about 15 to 20 minutes before I turn the pumps back on, the 3rd day one tumbled over 4th day another, 5th day the last 2 tumbled over... So... I am saying to myself this glue sucks never had issues with the dollar store stuff like this. So I went in used very generous amounts of the Dollar Store stuff and it's still holding strong 2 weeks later.
Ecotech need to go back to the drawing board with this glue it's Not Worth the $19.99 for a 75ML bottle or $49... The dollar store Glue works 100% better than this junk... Oh I've kept it cool to think maybe it will work better but FAIL.
I'm done with Ecotech's junk, bad enough they don't want to warranty there product like they are suppose to now there Glue sucks... They provide weak Velcro to attach the vortech pump only for them to break and then they tell you it's not there fault and make you buy another head unit. Or it fell in some water becasue we are suppose to know that the Velcro is going to fail. Sorry tired of companys selling stuff that just not up to par and want to charge us an arm and 4 legs for it...
